The Trip-junction technology makes our amorphous silicon foldable/flexible solar panel can absorb more photons of the sunlight as compared with the crystalline solar panel;
1).Top layer of solar cell uses a-Si alloy with an optical gap of 1.8 eV: can capture blue photons;
2).Middle layer of solar cell uses a-SiGe alloy with about 10-15% Ge that the optical gap is 1.6 eV: can capture green photons;
3).Bottom layer of solar cell uses a-SiGe alloy with about 40-50% Ge,corresponding to an optical gap of 1.4 eV: can capture red and infrared photons;
4).All lights reflected from the silver/zinc oxide(Ag/ZnO) back reflector & is not absorbed by the cells will be reabsorbed during the reflection process;
